Mail forwarding

Maybe you want to forward your @uni-due.de-mail to your usual mail account. This can be done after logging into https://webmailer.uni-due.de.

If its UI is set to German, you can change that via → Einstellungen → Benutzeroberfläche → Allgemein: Sprache.

Then, you'll find the forwarding settings under → Settings → Forwarding.

UDE's spam filter

The initial setting of the spam filter (to be found under Services/E-Mail → SPAM & Security → SPAM-Information) in the selfcare portal is "Normal: als SPAM erkannte Mail nicht annehmen", which means that mail flagged as spam (including false alerts) will never reach you. Most people will likely change the setting to "Deaktiviert: als SPAM erkannte E-Mails markieren und trotzdem zustellen" (just mark as spam and deliver anyway).
