UDE's spam filter

The initial setting of the spam filter (to be found under Services/E-Mail → SPAM & Security → SPAM-Information) in the selfcare portal is "Normal: als SPAM erkannte Mail nicht annehmen", which means that mail flagged as spam (including false alerts) will never reach you. Most people will likely change the setting to "Deaktiviert: als SPAM erkannte E-Mails markieren und trotzdem zustellen" (just mark as spam and deliver anyway).
